Foxhorn Vineyards Pinot Grigio-Chardonnay, Australia 1.5L
We sampled this bottle over five nights.
It held up very well over time.
This is a very fruit forward wine with a full bodied character.
It has a prominent pineapple profile,
splashed with flavors of ginger, bay leaf, and tangerine.
Good balance between fruit, spice, alcohol, and acidity.
It seems a little hot when you first open it,
but that blows off with a little exposure to air.
